The villa offers a tranquil setting on the edge of the lovely little village of Xirosterni. It has its own large pool (heated if required) and sits in a delightfully landscaped 5,500m2 plot (well over 1 acre) containing many mature trees. It is not overlooked at all, providing a private pool setting for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Breath-taking panoramic views of the lovely Cretan countryside, White Mountains and Souda Bay can be enjoyed from each of the three bedroom balconies. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The villa is superbly furnished, having been refurbished and redecorated, and is stocked with everything you could want to help you have an amazing carefree vacation. It has been extensively extended, creating a fabulous master bedroom and ensuite bathroom extension with new balcony as well as an extended second bathroom and extended pool sunbathing area and terrace. The games room with table football, air hockey table and table tennis makes it the perfect family villa!
This spacious 3-bedroom villa is ideal for families or friends who want to relax in comfort and style, yet be close enough to enjoy the popular nearby resorts and beaches of Western Crete.
Situated only 40 minutes’ drive from Chania Airport, with regular flights to and from the UK and Europe, the villa is very accessible. The wonderful beaches and resorts of Almyrida and Kalyves are only a 10 minute drive away, and the popular resort of Georgioupolis is only a little further down the coast.
