Prices quoted are in GBP sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. The villa can sleep up to 7 people, with one person (a young child) using a Z-bed in the master bedroom.
Alternative lengths of stay of over 7 days are accepted and are charged pro-rata.
Prices include air- conditioning, all linen including beach and pool towels, a superior welcome pack, cleaning service and linen change - every 4/5 days. Please note that the beach/pool towels are not laundered as part of the maid services. There are NO hidden extras.

10% of total accommodation charge
If you are a returning client to Crete Escapes and this is your 3rd (or more) consecutive booking with Crete Escapes or your 2nd separate booking in one season, please quote voucher code LOYALTY2.5 when asked to do so during the booking process. Your reduction of 2.5% will then be deducted from the total price.

The Greek Government introduced this levy in 2024 for all rented accommodation. At a cost of around 100 Euros per week, this amount will be applied by Crete Escapes at the point of booking, and is in addition to the above prices.
